Have had this for probably over a year now, performs very well with no issues so far. Using it to power a CarPlay screen that only accepts 12V, the adapter the screen came with was a simple 12V cigarette lighter plug to DC barrel jack of this dimensions, and the cigarette lighter plug only had 2 USB A ports for charging phones etc, not good for actual fast charging of any modern devices. So I got myself a multi-port USB C PD charger that plugs into the 12V cigarette lighter port, and got this adapter so I can trigger one of those USB C ports to output 12V to power the screen. Now I have power going to the screen + 100W USB C charging available to any one of my USB C devices. 100% would recommend this adapter.

bought this to power an MPC off a battery bank, drains a 140wh bank 25% overnight, constant 0.2w draw, and the resistor used causes unnecessary power draw due to "tricking" the PD into 12v. garbage.
