Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, US Version, 256GB, Titanium Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

Replaced my old S9+, which I loved. I’d love this more if it were the same size as my old S9, but I’m not complaining that much. Reconditioned but I could see zero flaws.

Refurbished. Phone looks solid. Easily 9/10. However the charging port and Spen slot have some funky fuzzy stuff that's kinda gross... you'd think they'd clean that but here we are. Might return and just buy new because of that. Will attach photos later of said funky fuzz!

This phone is amazing. I had the S22 Ultra and that phone was garbage. Awful battery, camera decided it didn't want to work a year in to ownership, hated it so much I switched to iPhone for awhile. Got bored of iPhone and decided to try a Samsung again. Wasn't a fan of the S25 Ultra design, I had a Note since the Note 1 so I went with the boxier S24 Ultra. Everything has been amazing so far. Battery is great, cameras are great and they even had it in my favorite color, orange. Would def recommend the S24 Ultra especially since Samsung has committed to regular updates for 5 more years.

This is the first renewed cell phone I have ever purchased. I was very skeptical but for the price combined with very good rating reviews and Amazon's return policies I was willing to take the risk. The phone arrived as scheduled and was packaged as expected. I was/am very pleased with the look and condition of the phone. I took it to my cellphone providers office and prayed it was unlocked as it was supposed to be and there would be no issues. There wasn't! The process was easy and all went great! I have associated all of my apps and they work perfectly. I love my phone - very nice upgrade from my Galaxy S9 +! If anything changes I will update my review but as of now I am quite pleased

Phone looks and operates like new. Battery is in excellent condition. I still can't believe what a good deal this is given that it comes with a quality guarantee and a return option.

Sorry for the late review but I've had this using since I got it. It was basically brand new, battery life is perfect. Shipping only took 2 days and I have no complaints. Only thing is that I have to buy 1 for my gf now because she loves it also. You mind giving a small discount when I am ready ? Thank you. Ooo it also came with screen protectors

I order this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure I gave as honest of a review as possible. I absolutely do not regret buying this phone. The condition is top notch. The S pen is original. The seal has not been broken (no screen repair) and it's still water resistant, just as if I bought brand new. There is no wear or scuffs on the phone. No scratches either. You honestly can't tell it's a used phone. The connection and switch to my mobile network was flawless. It's truly a fully unlocked phone. I use it on cricket. I'm very pleased with the battery too. It's got full capacity and considering how much I use it, it stays charged. I'm always listening to music or scrolling something. It's usually around 30% by the end of the day for me. I also use the heck out of the camera (it's the primary reason I bought it). The camera has zero issues. No scratches on the lenses and all areas of the camera settings work as they should. All round this is the best phone I have paid for that I was not new. It feels new to me tho. It looks great and it works as it should. Highly recommend it!

Buying renewed/refurbished phones is always a gamble and this one turned out in perfect condition. It helped me save a bit of money on an expensive phone.

El equipo llegó en excelente estado excepto por un pequeño golpe en el marco (Es el único detalle físico) En cuanto a la batería está en perfecto funcionamiento, se actualizó a OneUI 8, las cámaras funcionan a la perfección, el Spen funciona, todo súper bien. Tenía mis dudas de comprarlo reacondicionado, sin embargo, me llevé la sorpresa de que tiene Samsung Care+ hasta finales de este año, eso le da un plus extra a la compra. Parece nuevo el teléfono, hasta el momento todo perfecto. Súper contento con la compra.
