Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, US Version, 256GB, Titanium Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

Found this for less than half price of a new S24U to replace a 5 year old S20 with a failing battery. I wanted an unlocked S24U to take to another carrier in the US or put in a physical sim if traveling. It had to be charged a few hours since the battery was at zero when it arrived & it downloaded about 7 updates to run on the carrier I use after initiating it on the carrier network. Runs like a new device and with no scratches on screen nor camera it looks like a keeper.

This is the first renewed cell phone I have ever purchased. I was very skeptical but for the price combined with very good rating reviews and Amazon's return policies I was willing to take the risk. The phone arrived as scheduled and was packaged as expected. I was/am very pleased with the look and condition of the phone. I took it to my cellphone providers office and prayed it was unlocked as it was supposed to be and there would be no issues. There wasn't! The process was easy and all went great! I have associated all of my apps and they work perfectly. I love my phone - very nice upgrade from my Galaxy S9 +! If anything changes I will update my review but as of now I am quite pleased

Refurbished. Phone looks solid. Easily 9/10. However the charging port and Spen slot have some funky fuzzy stuff that's kinda gross... you'd think they'd clean that but here we are. Might return and just buy new because of that. Will attach photos later of said funky fuzz!

Replaced my old S9+, which I loved. I’d love this more if it were the same size as my old S9, but I’m not complaining that much. Reconditioned but I could see zero flaws.

Most of the reviews are spot on. The phone is really nice. It’s not the S25, but trust me it’s still a beautiful device and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it and I have enjoyed finding new functions that the phone will do with my other devices. And of course, it's unlocked, so it was easy for me to just put in my phone service and just go. Nice clean communication on every Messenger and Meetings. That was a huge plus My only real complaint is the accessories it comes with. They’re generic, so I recommend getting an authentic charger and cord. The included cord does not support super-fast charging, so I bought two proper super-charge cables myself. I also pre-ordered a case and screen protector because the phone arrived in immaculate condition and I wanted to keep it that way. If you want a reliable phone that’s only a year old and still keeps up with the S25, this is a great choice. My only other disappointment is the storage it’s small, and there’s no option for external SD cards. So if you take a lot of pictures or make content, go for the 1TB model. Otherwise, as long as you transfer your photos and files to a computer, you’ll be just fine.

I'm happy!! It arrived on time, was packaged & shipped very well. I ordered the S24 Ultra and although it's only been a few hours since I got it and set it up I'm very pleased with my phone. My only complaint would be for the price to be lower 😆 Aside from that the phone is everything they advertised. No scratches or dings and fully unlocked and ready to work.

Liking this new refurbished phone

absolutely disgusted that you have sent me a so called refurbished phone that has been used by someone who visited sex sites. After a factory reset the phone was able to be installed.

Buying renewed/refurbished phones is always a gamble and this one turned out in perfect condition. It helped me save a bit of money on an expensive phone.

Hasta ahora es un excelente teléfono, llego al 100% en excelente estado funcionando muy bien solo qué se calienta un poco cuando se actualiza pero creo es normal de ahí todo perfecto me encanta
