All right. So I was really looking for something that would just help me gain weight and put on pounds without making me a psycho hyper that wanted to bulk up and beef up. I already have a. Very high metabolism. This did absolutely nothing actually, I’ve lost weight since I’ve been taking it and I have been to the doctor and I am perfectly healthy. So this just doesn’t make sense. My appetite was normal. It didn’t add water weight or anything. I’d like to hear other opinions because as far as I’m concerned, I’m kind of pissed that I spent this money.

I had finished the first bottle with no issues. I felt some firmness on my breasts. But then when i got the second bottle, i got on my menstrual cycle and it still hasn't stopped. It's been two weeks. I am going to the doctor to get it checked out. I hope it's nothing serious. Do not take the pills when you start your cycle. Also, the blood has been brown. Red and then brown. It's scary.

I purchased these pills to gain weight but they're doing the exact opposite I'm losing weight, also I beg to differ they are not easy to swallow and they leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

Little or no change.I had a heavy and painful menstrual period. I stop taking it during my period. The pain was unbearable. I think this is due to the fenugreek in the drug and it seems 3times a day is alot and hence the heavy flow.Even with that no notable change on my body for 3weeks

Has been a complete waste of money with no refund option...and in line with other reviews this messed up my tummy big time ( diarrhea) and made my period flow heavier than usual
