It's Really Amazing Product
I have a lot of earbuds but now this one has gone to No. 1 in my list of favourite. 110 hrs. Playtime, it's really Creazy !!

Average Performance, Not Worth the Price
Bought this after being spoiled by the Tribit xSound Go’s amazing performance. In comparison, this one falls short and did not meet my expectations. I have been using this speaker for the last 2 months, and the overall experience has been underwhelming. The product works, but the sound quality and performance are just average for the price. It’s usable, but not value for money, and there are clearly better options available in this price range.

There was no bass and very high treble. Replaced the plugs with the smallest ones. Tweaked the EQ for 6db Bass and -5db treble. Sounding better now but not great.

i want to return this product, mic does not pick my voice
I ordered this product recently however the mic is very weak and unable to pick my voice, not satisfied with the earphones. i tried returning it however there is no return option. i hope amazon customer service get back to this issue

Right earpiece is not working after 8 months of usage! Received the refund from the seller!
It has been 8 months I bought this product, no serious issues but only had one annoying issue that it collects all surround sound but mine with AI filter, listening to music is the best part but a couple of days ago the right ear piece went off, interestingly it still detects touch senses but no voice. I still have 3 more months available with the warranty but I didn't find any link that directs me to return of get my earpiece repaired within the warranty period. This is worst experience, compared to my last earbuds went on for 4 long years without a hassle. How can I get this earpiece repaired from the customer care? Update: Tribit 24Jun 2025 customer care is so generous that after learning the issue they wanted to repair or replace the earpiece but due to Amazon terms they couldn't process the replacement and offered a refund instead without receiving the non functional ear piece. I liked these earbuds so much I will be buying it again, thanks Tribit!
