Tastes pretty good! For sure not gross. It you’re expecting melted ice cream, you’re likely going to be disappointed, it’s not nearly that sweet, but to be honest, if you’re doing keto of some sort, you don’t want anything quite that sweet since it tends to change your taste when you avoid sugar for a while. You can taste the salt, but it’s not overpowering and again, keto dieters may actually like this (my husband and I are primarily carnivore and he jokes he’s going to buy a salt lick for me! lol) Mixes nicely, no clumps, even when I used cold heavy whipping cream and cold water. I also like that the calorie content is customizable, depending on how much cream or other fat you add. I have chronic illness so this is a total win for low spoon days to be able to stay keto! It’s even easier than ordering out! Also the ingredients are higher quality and cleaner than their competitors.

This is a great kit if you want to try all the flavors. Slightly pricey but the taste is great and its a product you can use in recipes if you get tired of shakes. I can't do too much Heavy Cream (slightly sensitive from RNY years ago), but I do put in some Unsweetened Almond Milk with a little bit of the Heavy Cream and still get a yummy end result.

The flavor is good but if you leave it in the refrigerator overnight as they recommend, it gets too thick for me.

If you’re curious about Keto Chow and wondering how it works and what the flavors are like then this is a good place to start. The shaker bottle is good quality and the lid snaps shut tight so no liquid escapes. These are a good start of flavors, but there are so many more to choose. I love the simpleness of the vanilla flavor and the chocolate tastes like Swiss Miss hot chocolate. The blueberry is a stronger flavor and I turned it into a healthy ice cream treat with the Ninja Creami. The raspberry cheesecake is a stronger flavor as well and probably makes excellent ice cream. I didn’t think I would like the pistachio flavor, but it turned out really good. Surprisingly the salted carmel was my least favorite, but still good. I just probably wouldn’t choose it over the other great flavors. Cool thing is you can experiment with the fat you add, butter, heavy cream, etc and how much water you add. All can alter the taste to make it the way you like. I agree with others that letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight definitely improves the flavor. I’ve made several ahead of time and the ones sitting 2 and 3 days got better. I’m satisfying my sweet tooth while providing my body with nutrition and I’ve lost a few pounds. These make it easier not to cheat as I start back on my low carb journey.

This stuff is nasty. I couldn't even drink more than a few sips. I tried chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and the after taste in these is good awful. The Slim Fast Keto and any Premiere Protein Shakes are 100% better. Overpriced. Don't waste your money.

Ordered the starter kit due to offering the Shaker cup. Figured it was a much in order to mix the powder and liquids. Pretty much useless.. I have tried every way to get this powder to dissolve and mix ,( mixer, wish, 2 shaker balls, spoon..) the powder is so thick it just clumps so even tho the taste of all the flavors are very flavorful ! the random powder clumps as ur drinking id enough to ruin it and makes me feel sick.. overall if u figure out how to mix well its pretty good product , it Does keep u feeling full. My favorite is Caramel Macchiato. Nice to just be able to grab and go for a meal.

I bought this to test it out before buying directly through the Keto Chow site because of the faster shipping. I was skeptical because all protein shakes taste gross to me. I stalked their subreddit and read everything I could find for a few weeks before buying the bullet. I loved that the creator is super responsive to people there and it made me feel like this company actually cares. THIS BRAND IS DIFFERENT! I just started doing low carb/dirty keto and have always hated artificial sweetener and every brand of shake I have ever tried. My 18 year old son and I experimented with these and split the pouch of salted caramel in half and added butter to one and HWC to the other. Both ways taste shockingly amazing. We then used less water, HWC, and added chia seeds to some to make the rest into pudding instead of shakes and that was by far our favorite way to eat them. I seriously never write reviews but I can’t say enough good things about these. Taste, nutrients, macros, and variety are all 10/10. I can’t foresee ever getting sick of them.
