This machine is the best! I have made ice cream experimenting with different flavours, fruit, yoghurt, cream, coconut cream, and it’s amazing every time!!! The texture is so creamy! Better than what you can buy in a store! And you know it’s HEALTHY, with REAL ingredients, fresh fruit, fresh dairy. I like to use monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar because it’s healthier and low calorie. Best purchase ever. And would make a great birthday gift for my friends who don’t own one!

Ice cream was great in the beginning. Machine broke within first two months. Less than 10 uses. Had metal shavings in the last icecream I tried to make.

After second use the item caught on fire which was very disappointing because I waited over 2 weeks for the item to deliver and when I started the return 1-2 weeks ago I still haven’t received the refund

The machine stopped working after 2 uses. Looks like this is a common issue when I looked it up. Returning it.

La máquina funciona a la perfección y cumple lo que promete. Llevaba ya mucho tiempo queriendo comprar la ninja creami para poder hacer helados en casa. Anteriormente e tenido una heladera de las que congelan y van batiendo la mezcla pero los helados no quedaban con buena consistencia de helado. En cambio con la ninja sí que consigue esa textura de helado de heladería. E visto muchos comentarios negativos acerca de esta maquina, como por ejemplo que hace mucho ruido. Hace ruido como por ejemplo una batidora de vaso, pero es lo normal teniendo en cuenta la fuerza que tiene que hacer el motor para ir raspando todo el cubilete del helado e irlo batiendo. Además es un ruido que dura menos de 2 minutos y totalmente aceptable. Otra de las cosas de las que se queja muchos usuarios es que la máquina no congela los ingredientes, y así es. Tú tienes que hacer la mezcla en los recipientes que te vienen con la máquina y meterlos en el congelador al menos 24 horas. Hay que tener siempre en cuenta que la mezcla que prepares hoy, la disfrutarás mañana. Por eso es aconsejable comprar más recipientes para así poder hacer más cantidad y para más días. La máquina en si es bastante bonita para la cocina, y los materiales parecen de buena calidad. Los recipientes son de aproximadamente unos 470ml cada uno. Sale helado para unas 4 personas de cada recipiente. En definitiva, muy contento con la compra. Ya que viene el calor y apetece más comer helado y con esta maquina puedes hacertelo del sabor que se te ocurra.

Ich habe das Produkt jetzt eine Weile getestet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es macht genau das, was es soll, und überzeugt vor allem im Alltag. Die Anwendung ist unkompliziert und das Ergebnis passt für mich. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass es zuverlässig funktioniert und einen wertigen Eindruck macht. Man kann hier sehr einfach gesundes Eis machen :) das es störend laut ist, was viele meinen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Für den Preis bekommt man hier ein solides Produkt ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Es ist kein „Wunderprodukt“, aber genau das macht es glaubwürdig – es hält, was es verspricht. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung, würde ich wieder kaufen.
