Sidea Weighted Vest Max 15 kg

I love this weighted vest, I have been looking for one that didn’t restrict my movement when I was doing knee raises, leg raises etc. I am 5”3 so it is very frustrating when weighted vests are restrictive in that way. So I was very mindful the next time I bought a weighted vest that it hugged the upper portion of my body and was not long. Which is why I bought these as it does that very well. Good quality. However, the reason I gave this a 4 is because given the boxy shape of this vest it is very bulky on the shoulders and so if you try to do narrow/close pull ups it doesn’t quite work as the straps on the shoulder/shape of the vest does restrict that range of motion. Overall, this vest is great I have been using this for my callisthenics training, very handy especially during these virus times working out from home not just to increase strength but for that extra resistance.
