Really Works -- At least for me
I keep trying different remedies for these hot flashes and night sweats and I've find a couple that works and some that doesn't work at all. But for me this works. I am not saying it's going to work for everyone because you have to find your own. I read and seen on TV where Remifemin really works but it doesn't work for me...not at all. So you have to realize that every woman is different. And what works for me may not work for you.

Helps with flashes
I am 50 and have hot flashes about 10 times a day... this product helps to curtail the number of times. I already have a great outlook and attitude on life so I didn't notice any difference in that area. I am a mellow even tempered person. I did notice the hot flashes did subside. However, I had been taking the product for about two weeks before I noticed a difference.

Loving this product, it has done a great job with hot flashes. Since using this no longer have hot flashes or anything associated with menopause. Will continue on with automatic delivery.

Worked better the 1st time.
I started having heat flashes last year thus invested in this product and must say that I was very impressed~heat flashes stopped it seemed within days of starting use. After using the up the product I wasn't having any more heat flashes so I didn't order more UNTIL a year later when the condition began again. Unfortunately, the 2nd time around the product didn't seem to work at all :-( I don't know if it was just me or maybe a bad batch but I'd still try this product if you are having heat flashes.

Not much to say
Well, not much to say, since I haven't noticed any changes or improvement with my sleeplessness or hot flashes. Taking it as directed and still no results. Been about 3 weeks now.
