Product was delivered and operated well for five days then failed to work. Have contacted the company to troubleshoot and worked through each recommendation but unit still doesn't operate. They will not do anything since it was sold through Amazon. Huge disappointment. Would not buy from them in the future.

Great for multi-room use as it’s portable

I purchased this too take on the plant with me, but it was not working well for me. The device was fully charged before I left (at least I believe it charged - it doesn’t let you know if the charge if complete) and it only ran for a couple of hours. It also does not work while it is being charged, so it was essentially useless for me. The aroma scent is wonderful.

In a strange living situation and I needed a humidifier that didn’t require the use of an electrical outlet for the winter. There aren’t too many that fit the bill, and this seemed to be the best of the bunch. It was very frustrating getting adjusted to this item and there’s definitely a learning curve involved. Sometimes I’d fill it up, it’d be fully charged, and it just wouldn’t come on. Or it wouldn’t put out mist. I wasted a lot of distilled water trying to troubleshoot a solution. But this does work well at its main function: humidifying. I was having dry nasal passages and a nose bleed everyday before I got this. When I started using this the nosebleeds stopped. You have to keep it as close to your face as possible, however. The output is only for close personal range. Not ideal for overnight use in average sized bedrooms, but again, I have a strange situation right now. Once I’m in a better situation I will probably repurpose this to use at my desk. All in all I would only recommend this for unique living situations where a traditional humidifier can’t work. It’s not the best but it’ll get the job done. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get, so I would only recommend this if you absolutely need it.

Great for on the go and love the travel size! Not loud and functions as intended! Keep in mind it’s a portable, smaller, travel version of the originals. It’s easy to use and I’ll continue to bring with on trips where the rooms just don’t cut it.

Runs fine for awhile but eventually the steam starts to flow down creating a puddle underneath. Im afraid to use it because I don't want the water to damage it or the furniture its on. I contacted the company directly because I thought it was within their return window but since it was purchased through amazon they will not take it back.

Perfect to travel with. Increases humidity and since I travel for work I always bring with me to the hotel room. Easy to clean

Mostly just gets wet.

I purchased this ahead of time for the arrival of my daughter. Our bedroom tends to be very dry and i read all the great reviews about the Canopy. We began using it at the end of April and it worked great twice but now I fill the water, turn it on and nothing happens. The reservoir is still full of water and there is no mist coming out. For the price of this humidifier and for it to only work twice is pretty disappointing.
