Different probiotics work differently for different people. I found this one "Floradapt" Blend works great for IBS with Constipation. I was having a bowl movement every morning and sometimes even twice a day while taking it and once I ran out I stopped going again. I very much recommend trying this Blend if you have IBS-C. Great price. Could be a life saver.

After struggling with digestive issues for a really long time, I decided to give NOW Intestinal Bacteria Support, Clinically Validated Probiotic a try. If you're in need of a probiotic that truly works, promotes gut health, enhances regularity, and improves overall well-being, then I would highly recommend giving this brand a try! Firstly, I was impressed by this product's clinically validated probiotic strains and and some of its positive reviews. That really caught my attention. I love that NOW has been around for years and is trusted by many. That really helped me decide to give it a try. Another major plus is that it does not contain artificial fillers, GMOs, or any unnecessary additives. After about two weeks of taking the supplement daily, I started to notice a slight improvement with my gut feeling more balanced and there wasn't as much bloating. Bloating has always been my biggest issue. I know that I won't get back to 100% overnight, but I do feel that if I continue to take these probiotics daily, that I will continue to feel positive results. I am definitely going to continue using them since I haven't had any negative side effects so far!

No positive effects, possibly negative ones. It def didn’t help, and may have caused a flare up of my usual lower abdominal pain. Big fan of Now brand but this one isn’t for me. And yes I keep in fridge, didn’t make it work for me.

I love this brand of supplements. It's my go to when I'm trying to when purchasing supplements. However, I'm really disappointed in the way these were shipped. The bottle and online says to keep refrigerated, but they weren't shipped that way. If they aren't transported in a cooling bag, then it's kind of pointless to keep refrigerated. Sure it might help keep w/e is alive, more alive, but overall the damage is already done in shipping. I'm not sure if these work. If I notice a huge change I'll update. These are just an additional probiotic I decided to add because I'd like to find something that works so I don't need benefiber. I usually put these in a pill box so I can remember to take them, which now might be an issue as well. It also says to take on an EMPTY stomach. I always thought it was better to take it with food, so I'll have to make sure I keep track of that. It is a small, easy to swallow capsule. The price is $20.95 for 60 pills/days.
