I was genuinely impressed with this RF modulator. I’ve got an older CRT that only accepts a coaxial input, and this little device provided everything I needed to pipe in both HDMI and RCA sources without any fuss. I ended up mounting it on top of the television as a semi-permanent fixture, and it has behaved flawlessly ever since. If you encounter any stray interference or faint signal noise, I recommend tuning it to a channel other than the usual channel 3. My set sits right next to my router, and I had to switch over to channel 6 to clear things up — thankfully the adjustability makes that an easy fix. Overall, it’s a remarkably handy piece of equipment for breathing new life into vintage displays.

This has saved my old projector TV that only has antena working and needs HDMI only devices. Very useful to set up multiple TVs on the same antena line throughout the house. Eventually I will have multiple units to do multiple channels over antena at the same time.

I ordered this to use a digital input to supply multiple TV’s. It didn’t work and I couldn’t get it to work and the instructions were techno jargon that was indecipherable. If you don’t know the frequency you want to (broadcast?) the signal at for your tv, then this isn’t for you. I ended up returning it and buying a much simpler one that worked just great. From the instructions I think this is made to power a bank of TV’s such as in a sports bar? Anyway. Avoid it unless you know you need whatever specific fancy stuff it does behind turn rca or hdmi into coax.

Works as expected, easy to configure, saved a lot of money vs any HDMI only solution to provide my CCTV images to all my home TVs

After setting this up (<10 minutes), I had a relatively clear picture using the composite connectors and a great image through the RF connectors. I did have to adjust the pots for both outputs, since the default values gave a bit of a grainy image. Turning down the RF one resolved that issue, while increasing the composite video one cleaned up the colors and graininess. Overall, this is a decent setup that works great for hooking up older video game consoles to older CRT televisions that don’t have enough composite inputs to accommodate all your composite video requirements.

We hooked an old 1960’s black and white antenna TV to this device and are now able to stream Roku services onto the old black and white TV. Perfect as a functioning nostalgia item for our bar.

I wanted to get rid of Comcast and their rinky dink converter. Thanks to this widget I can use a Fire Stick and still use my older tv in our kitchen.

I finally got this to work, thanks to help here on Amazon. Now I can use a Roku device on my 28 year old TV set!!
