I can’t say that I have noticed much difference in my skin or hair, but I didn’t really have problems with that to begin with. They have no taste going down and are fairly easy to swallow (they are light weight pills that float so head down to swallow. The bad-they really upset my stomach for about half an hour after taking them. Taking them with food does help a little, but I feel pretty miserable for a while. And the vitamin burps are definitely a thing with these. Overall I would recommend them. The good outweighs the bad.
