Grip strength has been shown to be associated with frailty. I wanted an easy portable device to strengthen my grip strength. The egg shaped one is really nice. It is soft/gel like and has helped with my therapy. The variable, lager device allows for increase in strength. The max is definitely strong enough. The ring one is pretty low resistance and almost not that helpful for me. The one that has springs for each finger doesnt feel too durable. The one with the fingers is a bit hard for me, but also means it is a good workout. Overall, i think the big grip, egg, and finger ones are the best. For the price, it's worth it since it's still cheaper than other products on the marked.

I’m really impressed with this 5-piece grip strength trainer kit. Each piece targets different hand and forearm muscles, making it perfect for a full grip workout. The hand gripper is adjustable so I can increase resistance as I get stronger. The finger stretcher is great for balancing out gripping muscles, and the stress ball is perfect for quick squeezes at my desk. The ring and the egg are also well-made and add nice variety. Everything feels durable and comfortable to use. It also came in a handy little pouch, so it’s easy to store or take to work or the gym. I’ve already noticed my grip getting stronger after a couple weeks, and it’s helping with my lifting as well. Definitely recommend this kit for beginners and advanced users alike!

its a great kit for the price you pay for it, all the items are good quality and they dont get too easy and lose their use. While not as effective as going to the gym, it does well for something to use at the desk or in class

So many ways to work out my hand. Who would have thought. I split the set up and now have some at home and some at my office. I gave the stress ball to my wife in hopes she might be happier.

I bought this set to help improve my hand's flexibility and movement. The shipping was good, and everything was securely packaged. However, I have some concerns about the quality. One of the items (egg ball) feels like it could fall apart easily, and another is too tight, cutting off blood flow when I use it. Additionally, the sticker on one of the items came off easily. The one I do like, which counts the number of times I squeeze it, makes me worry that the metal coil might break. All of them left black residue on my hand. I'm not sure that's safe. Overall, while the vision is helpful, the quality could be improved.

My son had just come off of breaking his hand and was still sore and having a hard time. I bought this set to help him gain his strength and mobility back. They helped him so much. He said they were easy to use and the quality was great. It helped him so much and now he is back to doing his everyday tasks!

This kit is really solid for improving grip strength. It comes with multiple tools, so you can target different parts of your hand and forearm instead of just doing the same exercise.The materials feel good and doesnt hurt the hand. Only problem was the adjustable gripper, it sometimes felt a little off. But overall it is a amazing product
