Substandard or defective power adapter
I purchased a 2nd power adapter, same brand from same supplier, after the first one stopped working. I thought the first one stopped working due to misuse. But the 2nd one also just stopped working after some time, just a few months after purchasing it. So i concluded that the power adapter is just really defective or a substandard product in the first place.

Looks the part but I have questions...
Form factor is good, everything is OE quality... it says 100W on the case but i have no way to ascertain that. It does power my new hub auxiliary items and charges my laptop... but when I plug it into my phones I don't get the ultra fast charging promp I usually get from any 65W or higher brick... it only says fast charging
