This set includes a brush with very fine fibers. I've found that this works great for dusting off excess dust and pet hair that tends to be attracted to the vinyl record. I've found myself using the "barber style" brush most frequently for this purpose. I've used the rectangular shaped brush to rub out a smudge the may require more focused attention.The fluid container included with this set has a pump spray that you can use to either spray the rectangular brush or the record itself. I sprayed the brush, and the fluid seemed to improve the brush's performance.The "barber style" brush also includes an elastic net that you can slide around the brush. This keeps the fibers more compact and may help the brush to maintian its form and function during storage.In addition, the kit includes a black pouch to keep the items together during storage.There are more elaborate ways to clean vinyl records, but for the novice, this seems to work well.Also, now that I see how much dust is on a vinyl record, it's hard to believe I wasn't dusting them off all along.

So I’m new to collecting vinyls and I read about the importance of keeping your records clean so bought this little kit since it had great reviews and so glad I did! It’s perfect for my needs and helps me keep my small collection pretty and tidy! It’s a wonderful set for the price and would definitely recommend this product to others new to collecting and even to anyone who’s been doing it for years!

Work as advertised, cleaning solution is very good

I was initially a little skeptical of the brush - just another thing to come in contact with the album surface and potentially add surface scratches but after watching the videos that were shared I ordered without hesitation. This kit was added to a DiscWasher set from way back when and it's a great addition to care for my collection.

This is a nice piece of kit for any vinyl collector. It comes with many tools to help keep your records clean. My favorite is the soft bristle brush. It's easy and effective for quickly wicking dust off the surface of your records. Perfect for a routine cleaning. For dirtier records, there's the velvet brush with the cleaning solution. The velvet brush is good for picking up every piece of dust on dirtier records. Finally, the microfiber cloth is just a nice inclusion all round. You can't go wrong with a microfiber cloth. It all comes packed in a nice little storage bag to keep it all together.Overall, nice little cleaning kit for the price. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I really like this set and I think that it would make a nice gift for the person in your life that loves vinyl records. It cleans the record well and the cleaner evaporates quickly.

Glad I purchased. Works well so far. I use the kit on all the used vinyls I purchase before playing them!
