Defective Mobile Phone
Unfortunately, I purchased this mobile phone online, but I was disappointed with its performance. The battery drains very quickly, and the phone gets hot even during normal use. Phone Won't Switch On!
Bought this phone as a gift for my sister as I was travelling home for vacation. I got home only to find the phone won't switch on even after charging it overnight! I've been following with the seller to pick his faulty phone and refund. But the seller has been taking me round for 2 months now. He is yet to issue my refund.

Even after a full charge, the battery lasts less than one hour, making the phone practically impossible to use.
