Great laptop.
I bought this to use for my college classes. It has been amazing. It's perfect. I love the big screen. Easy to setup and use. Great laptop! It was a great value for the money.

Does not retain a charge, plug gets very hot Shuts down less than a minute Quite disappointing when I need this for work I did purchase Microsoft 365 Need help or replacement

I give it five stars one because it is my favorite color and it is very beautiful. It works well I use it for my work from home job. It is very fast and easy to use. I might one for my daughters.

It’s slow but it gets the job done.
It’s kinda slow but it gets the job done. The laptop itself is nice it’s just doesn’t have the speed that you would expect out of a modern computer. The battery charge is pretty decent. It’s durable and lightweight enough to use for daily use. I just wish it was a faster computer.
