I'm very hard on watches. Usually I break watch bands, sometimes watch faces, and other times I have either magnetized them or caused some sort of malfunction. Most of my watches last between 6 and 9 months. This one made it almost an entire year before 1 single malfunction. So I think it's a good value. I purchased mine in May of 2025. It's currently the middle of April 2026 and as of 3 days ago the step counter stopped working. I got a message on the screen face to shake the watch to remove water... Which is odd because I never wear the watch in the shower, nor while washing my hands. And then no more step counting. Everything else functions well. The display is bright, the text reading function works well, I can still answer calls and perform just about any other task that the watch is meant to do. But I cannot count steps, and that makes me need another watch. If I had any complaints about this watch it would be that at times the watch would connect to my phone as if it were headphones or a portable speaker and it would play the audio from videos/reels/ or even podcasts that I am listening to. I would have to disconnect from bluetooth to make it stop. Other than that: This is a great value for anyone looking for a smart watch and it lasted a few months longer than other watches which I have bought and worn.

This is the best smart watch I have ever owned. I can't believe it was on sale for only 30 bucks, but well worth the regular price. It has more features than by kids i phones. The choice of dozens of faces, the phone feature and text feature work great. I use the step meter, alarm, timer and stopwatch every day. The blood pressure feature is close to my regular machine. The app is very easy to use. I've recommended it to all my friend. I bought a second to have on hand as cool gift when I need one or perhaps, I'll save it for myself.

Okay.. I hate doing this but.. Let me start off with the fact that I started off loving the watch. I've had five smart watches before this one and it's by far been the best (well kind of). It had additional features I was looking for like playing music from the actual watch. I like all the apps on it. I love the construction of it. It definitely felt more like a tough watch that would take a beating. Really really liked all of that. Unfortunately one of the things I totally need is the alarm funtion. It started off with a couple of alarms working and then some not. Then it got to the point where none of the alarms worked. I could sometimes set an alarm if it was in a couple minutes and it would go off. Anything longer than two or three minutes away would not go off. Before you ask... yes I made sure that do not disturb was not on. I made sure that the audio was clicked on on the watch as well as on the Bluetooth area on my phone. Everything else including the AI worked as far as noise is concerned. I changed it from 12 hours to 24 hours. I set the times up on my watch and then I set the times up on the app. Deleting both and starting over again. Nothing ever seemed to work. I reset the watch several times. I worked with customer service and at first they were nice about it. But at some point I got the feeling... they didn't believe anything I was telling them. They kept saying it should work. I said it does not. They told me to get with Amazon and return it. I got with Amazon and they told me to go to the company to get it returned. I got with the company again they told me to go to Amazon. I got really irritated at that point. I did finally get it returned and get a refund. I really really wanted to like this watch so much that I ended up buying another one. Unfortunately it literally did the exact same thing. Actually none of the alarms ever worked on it... not even if I set it a few minutes later. When talking to customer service they said they had never heard of such a thing. Asked me to send pictures videos etc. The fact that I got two different watches a month apart and had the exact same issue but worse than the other... concerns me. I'm now using another Smartwatch that I bought that doesn't have quite as nice a feel to it and some of the features aren't the same.. but it's working the way I need it to. I paid a little bit more for this one... and like I said I really wish it was the other watch... but at least this one does what I need it to. I kind of wonder if maybe it has to do with an update or something like that. Either way if you don't need alarms then go for the watch.. it's a great watch. If you need things like the alarm though then you may have to look elsewhere.

I honestly love this watch. For the price, it delivers way more than I expected. The build feels solid and rugged, definitely lives up to the “military” style—not cheap or flimsy at all. Hello,I recently bought C28 smart watch from your amazon.sg through 3rd party Wei Peng Singapore on 25/8/25 and delivered on 4/9/25.Now the watch is defective,unable to power on after numerous charging,cleaning of the magnetic charger,so had reported to your 3rd party on 12/10/25,still unable to resolved.Pls help me to resolve,it soonest as I am very disappointed with this situation.thanks.

Wie es die Überschrift schon sagt: Ich bin begeistert. Die erste Smartwatch (die nicht von allzu bekannten Herstellern kommt) die nicht alle 30min die Verbindung verliert. Dazu sieht sie auch noch recht stylish aus. Viele der Funktionen (vor Allem Sport) sind für mich nicht relevant. Uhrzeit, Schrittzähler, Nachrichten. Die 3, da habe ich mein Hauptaugenmerk drauf. Das passt. Telefonieren geht auch, klingt aber ein wenig blechern. Solide Akkulaufzeit von 6-7 Tagen bei mir. Recht flüssig laufendes Betriebssystem. Gut ablesbares Display. Ich bin zufrieden.

Tiene un estilo deportivo muy atractivo y cantidad de funciones. Aparte de funcionar como reloj, podómetro, también mide la tensión, glucosa, recibe mensajes y notificaciones y hasta puedes hacer y recibir llamadas. Es resistente al agua y trae una correa de repuesto. Por el precio que tiene es genial.
