Quaker Boy - Dick Kirby Original Grand Old Master Turkey Box Call

In 1981 I purchased a turkey call from Dick Kirby --- I mean at that particular time I called Dick Kirby and we discussed our mutual passion for turkey hunting for almost an hour. I soon bought a "Quaker Boy" call and used it it until 2015 when I moved from Florida to North Carolina. The one itwm that seemed to disappear during the move was my Dick Kirby Quaker Boy turkey call --- it meant a lot to me due to the fact that I carried / used the same for several years. In 2017 I replaced the lost call with a new one from Quaker Boy. Great resonance and and a terrific product for any enthusiastic turkey hunter. R.I.P. Dick Kirby --- I will never forget our telephone conversation in 1981.

I have two Grand Old Masters from 1997 & 2000 and I have used them more than any of the box calls I own. Most calls lose their sound and sound squeaky after a few calls. These calls hold their sound all day and usually several days in a row. I bought two more Grand Old Masters, one for me and one for my 11 year old grandson. They both sounded great out of the carton. I engraved my grandson's and hope that many years after I'm gone he will remember me when he uses it.
