Thomas Keller Bouchon Collection Hardcover – October 8, 2013

Bouchon is a favorite stop of mine when I'm in the area for wine tastings, and after a recent trip, I decided to indulge in some nostalgia by ordering a copy of this cookbook.This book, as with others from the Keller collection, is well-curated, features stunning photographs, and has top-tier recipes. This is the book I'm most eager to cook 100% of the way through!

What an amazing collection of books! If you're looking for the best cookbooks on the planet, or just an amazing food themed coffee table book, then you're in the right place. The recipes are excellent the pictures are even better. To top it all off, Thomas Keller has some great paragraphs of special advice on most all recipes on pitfalls to avoid and how to get your dish to turn out perfectly like a chef. Another amazing cookbook set by Thomas Keller. Great recipes in both books; savory and sweet. The ones I have tried so far have all been successful. Received many compliments. The photos are spectacular. It is great to see what the end product should look like. The books also contain practical guides, instruction, measure and charts to help you along your way - and trouble shooting. Some recipes are more for advanced cooks - but easy to follow and definately worth the time & effort. I would recommend to anyone.

Another great collection from whom I consider the greatest chef. Yes the recipes are detailed and seem long but Chef Keller is not a short order cook. It may take several days to prep items, let sit over night and take another step. Actual time is only 30 minutes but it is spread over 3 days. You can't rush quality and quality is what Chef Keller is all about. If you love cooking and want to show the art this is the collection for you.

The case that the books came in was a tiny bit smushed, but he books were fine.

Reading these books with total pleasure. Learning so much! Consider these two books one of the best in my entire collection of books. Don’t even want to call it a cookbook, it is so much more than just a cookbook, more like a Gourmet Cooking Class!

It will take some time to get through these two books. So far, I've picked up some interesting tips with regard to baking, and currently I'm experimenting using these tips. These books are a joy to look at, interesting to read and thought provoking when it comes to cooking.

I gave this book as a birthday present to my daughter-in-law. She was very happy to receive it and I am looking forward to eating something she makes using a recipe in the book. I have a number of Thomas Keller's books and enjoy reading them.
