Great brad nailer. As with other reviews I had to buy a UK charger from Amazon. Another comment wad it marked the wood with a 'double tap'. I experienced this on soft wood, however I overcame this by not putting too much pressure on the nailer, but enough to fire the nailer. I initially bought an Aldi one which didn't drive the nail fully flush. This nailer has no problem and has good adjustment. Feels great to handle also. Good price, good buy...

Excellent tool

Great product considering the sub £150 price. Just be aware the charger is US voltage only, but you can use the old Hitachi chargers ok with the battery.

Got this at bargain £135 with all the custom tax. Usa model altho bit of research into the metabo hpt brand is that it's the same batteries/charger as Hitachi and hikoki range. Have ordered an adapter to use my DeWalt batteries with it and also just bought an unbranded compatible UK plug charger and 5ah battery £45 ish off Amazon and works a treat, will be used daily

Quality bit of kit

I ordered this nail gun and wasn't that impressed as the charger is US spec and 110v which renders it useless. I bought a new charger which was compatible with the battery. On charging it the two outer lights flash on the battery health lights which in the Manuel indicate the battery has a malfunction. Trying to chat to amazon seems to be impossible with my options. The nail is well made and a joy to use as the battery had enough power in it to try before the charging saga.

I ordered it for my husband for stove DIY home projects. He used it to install wall panels. The battery needs to be charged upon receipt. And takes a very long time. We left it on the charger for hours and it still showed us that it's charging but when we checked the battery status, it showed fully charged. We ordered the Metabo 1inch nails, load the gun, all is good. It scares the hell out of me with its sound but it works well. It holds the panels nicely. The only thing that we needed about 10 minutes to figure out is when it's running low on nails, it won't shoot the panel through. After reloading, it powers up again and works just fine. I'd give 4,5* because of the tricky battery and the reload tip but cannot give 0.5 so I give 5* because it made my husband's life a lot easier.

This Metabo HPT 18V brad nailer has been a game changer in my shop. No hose, no compressor, just grab and go—and it still sinks 18-ga brads cleanly every time. Balance is great one-handed, the depth dial is precise (flush or slight countersink is easy), and recovery between shots is quick with no misfires so far. The no-mar tip protects trim, the LED actually helps in corners, and the tool-free jam release is there if you need it (I haven’t yet). Battery life on the compact pack has easily covered a full afternoon of trim and cabinet work. For punch lists, small installs, and indoor trim where dragging a compressor would be a pain, this thing is perfect. Genuinely the most impressive cordless brad nailer I’ve used—and outstanding value for what you get.

It has been a month only and the battery charger of the gun had a burn out. I thought its expensive nail gun but atleast the quality is nice but NO! It's a useless product.will never recommend this to anyone else.
