Update: The Customer Support representative reached out to me and they did their best to retain me as their happy customer. I’m going to use the Classic version and I’m sure the team will look into the Alkaline filters and ensure they are up to the standards and safe to use. ———-—————————-————————- I'm using these Filters (Classic) from a long time. I tried this Alkaline version for the first time and I'm disappointed. 2/6 are okay or I missed but from the 3rd piece I noticed that they started leaking and I see some black color residue in the bottom of the water tank. Not sure how harmful if they're taken into the body along with the water but please be careful with these. I don't recommend buying this Alkaline version.

Plug-and-play utility with our Brita filtered water pitcher, and a set of filters for a reasonable price. I really like the green/red light reminder to replace. I hope they function as advertised; the water certainly tastes better, but like many things in life, we rely on faith...

Water tastes great after filtering

I purchased a set of three filters that were not working properly. I contacted the seller to request a refund, and they asked if I would be willing to try the product again. I agreed, and the seller sent me another set. This time, the filters worked perfectly. I believe the first set was simply defective and not representative of the product’s overall quality. I truly appreciate the seller’s professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.
