ROLKEM Rainbow Spectrum: Approved Food Colouring, non-toxic, edible dusting powder Use this product to dust over finished articles. It can also be mixed into paste to get a softer shade of the original colour. (Pastel Shade). This product mixes well in small quantities, but designed for dusting use initially , with Sugar paste (Plastic Icing) modelling paste, Pastillage, Fondant, Royal Icing, Butter Icing, Cocoa Butter, Ethanol, and to use with ROLKEM Quick Dry Essence. It is water-soluble and oil soluble. This product can be mixed directly into Chocolate in its powder form without diluting it first.
