I’ve started using these everywhere I can and they have yet to disappoint. Being somewhat disabled I have difficulty reaching nuts on the back of things. So when I can, I replace the nuts with these. Awesome

These are very good Rivet Nuts a long as you use a good quality gun to install them. I used them to replace some standard rivets on my SxS chassis to make it easier to remove the skid plates. They where easy to install as I used a Pnuematic gun. The bolts I have threaded in without any issue. They performed as expected so I give them 4 stars.

I've used these already for several projects and they install easily and hold really well. No issues with defective ones either. Easy way to have a strong hold for a screw.

These worked perfectly on a custom outdoor handrail that I modified. The handrail I purchased used posts to install on steps, but I just wanted the top handrail portion so I could replace the wooden one that was bolted to the side of the house (brick). The handrail originally had rivnuts to bolt the posts to but they did not come close to lining up with the mounting brackets on the house so I just drilled a few holes and installed these rivnuts which worked perfectly. I did not have the proper rivnut tool, but you can install these with a 1-4-20 bolt, nut, and washers. There are plenty of videos on youtube showing how to do this.

My nut rivet tool set only came with aluminum rivet nuts so I wasn't sure it would be up to handling steel rivet nuts. Steel rivet nuts require a lot more force to compress but my tool worked with them. These steel rivet nuts compressed evenly and gripped the sheet steel very well. Barrel before compression measures 8.8mm and after compression was approximately 11.8mm so size the mounting hole accordingly.

This is a good quality product at a very good price. I have already used a handful of these and each one worked as expected. At under 10 cents each, you just can’t go wrong. I will defiantly looking to buy more of these and it other sizes.
