Great energy drink and very healthy. My mom is very picky about what she eats or drinks. She really, truly likes these. That is the 5 star rating! That she can put one in her jacket and carry around for the day adds to an exceptional product.

I used Boost to gain some weight before and after surgery. I really liked the flavor and it added some much needed calories. The drawbacks are that the protein at 9g is fairly low. It also has a ton of sugar at 68% of your daily value. The sugar is probably why it’s delicious. It does have good added vitamins like C, A, Thiamin, B12 etc.
