I’ve tried a bunch of different snoring solutions, and these Anti Snoring Devices with the adjustable magnet and silicone nose clip are definitely among the better ones. They’re really easy to use—just pop the nose clip in before bed, and you’re set. The silicone is soft and comfortable, so it doesn’t bother me while I’m sleeping, which is a huge plus. I was a bit skeptical about the magnet feature, but it actually seems to help keep the clip in place throughout the night. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my snoring, and my roommate is definitely happier! The fact that it comes in a pack of four is also great, so you’ve got backups or extras to share. If you’re looking for a simple, non-invasive way to reduce snoring, these are worth giving a shot.

I have a bad snoring problem. It keep my husband up all night apparently. So I tried these because I wanted to try and fix my snoring so everyone can sleep better but it did not seen to work at all. It's like wearing a nose ring and I'm not sure how it's supposed to stop snoring. It try it for several days just to see if it was user error and my husband said it didn't change my snoring at all

I don't really have anything more to add. They aid a bit in breathing by slighly opening the aperture of the nostril I gather by compressing the nasal septum a little but nowhere nearly as well as Sleep Right nasal inserts which also unfortunately make me itch but work as long as I don't put them in until right before I am slipping into sleep. I was looking for an alternative for the reason of the itch but also because they give me a pig snout which scares me! On occasion I have gotten a fright in the mirror in my bathroom before I have removed them. No one wants to look like Frankenstein's monster. Once I had forgotten I had it in when I answered the door!! But hey. Better a well rested monster getting enough oxygen than a grumpy tired one.

I have never felt pain in my nose/ had so many nosebleeds in my life. maybe I just have a sensitive nose, but I personally wouldn’t recommend this product. Putting magnets in your nose doesn’t even seem like a good idea in the first place. they work OK for my snoring, I’ll still let out a few snores… They kind of work. But with this pain I’m feeling, I can’t continue to use these. I wanted to like this product, but I will be trying something else.

My boyfriend has health problems that cause insomnia and I haven't been able to sleep in the same bed with him for more than a year, because of my snoring. I got these as a last ditch effort and he told me I did snore a couple of times, but for the most part I didn't and we were both able to lay comfortably for the first time in soooo long. A real game changer. They are kinda uncomfortable at first, and I lost the first pair because I like to sleep on my stomach. This comes with five pairs though. I recommend them.

This partially blocks your nasal passageway. It appeared that’s what it did before I bought it, but the rave reviews made me want to try it. I don’t get how this could work for anyone. It made me want to breathe through my mouth because my nose felt clogged. Not for me. Trashed.

Light weight, easy to install, conceal and travel with. Reduced loud snoring immediately however it did not completely resolve snoring. Easy to clean and wear all night.
