GAGLIO WOOD PRODUCTS 36'' Long Bedside Step Stool with Large Storage Compartment

My husband and I are both big men (330lbs and 500lbs) respectively. We have a tall bed frame plus a box spring. We use this storage bin as underbed storage then slide it out to use as a step for my husband to have an easier time getting into bed. He was dubious at first putting all his weight on. But it held up without so much as a creak. I would prefer a less glossy and more matte finish. They do supply optional friction strips you can apply yourself. We didn’t want to mar the beauty of this piece of furniture. Instead I bought some steel wool #000 and dulled the finish a little bit. I think it looks better that way; more natural. Would buy this product again and would buy other Gaglio products. They are legitimate.

The quality is excellent and item is as advertised. I needed a step to help the spouse get in and out of bed during chemo and this is perfect aside from being beautifully crafted.
