No issues on stomach, helped with my RLS
Usually iron really makes me sick, even taken after food. This one is good, I don't feel anything after taking it. I bought it because it is a better form of iron too, I think it helped my restless leg syndrome too.

Actually Works!!!
On my yearly bloodwork I was told I was low on iron in both compartments that store iron in your body. Something about the main supply and backup supply in your body. Anyway, I was told by my doc to take iron for 6 months and we’ll do another test to see if I’m iron deficient/anemic. Got my bloodwork done after 6 months and my iron levels have now gone back to normal! Never took iron pills before but I researched these since they said chelated and wanted to gain more knowledge. I usually take one pill in the morning with water and sometimes with some OJ about a hour before breakfast. Never had any issues. The pills are small so they’re easy to swallow. Only “negative” would be they kind of taste funny if you don’t drink enough water with it but that’s okay since they actually work.
