⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Sound and Power – Best Speaker for Outdoors!
I recently got the Soundcore Boom 2 Plus and it completely exceeded my expectations! The sound is crystal clear with deep bass that you can actually feel, even in open outdoor spaces. It's powerful enough to fill a backyard or park with music, and the sound stays sharp even at full volume. The build quality is excellent — it feels solid and rugged, perfect for camping trips, beach days, or pool parties. The waterproof feature is a game-changer. I don’t have to worry about splashes or unexpected rain. Battery life is another win. It lasts all day long without needing a charge, and the fast charging is super convenient. I also love the customizable EQ through the Soundcore app – you can tweak the sound to match any vibe or genre. If you're looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker that delivers serious volume, punchy bass, and all-day performance, the Boom 2 Plus is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Major Bass
First let's start with my gripes. The fact i can't turn it on through the app or through Bluetooth is super inconvenient. My other small speaker from Bose can do that, why can't this!? Now let's get to everything great about it. It's loud, it's bass is superior to that of the equivalent Sony boombox. The highs mids lows, all great clear quality at any level even at max. I love the lights. The equalizer in the app is easy to use and very customizable for any music taste. I have to turn off bass up while at home because it definitely will annoy the neighbors, that's not a bad thing at all. I've used it in the car, it is better than the car stereo system. The price is way more affordable than the competition and I appreciate that a lot; I wasn't going to spend $700 plus on a portable boombox. The build quality is solid and the fact it floats and is waterproof, that's a huge plus. I definitely recommend this over other brands, big bang for the buck here. Battery life is perfect, I don't use it for more than an hour at a time, one charge lasts a month for me. It doesn't work well with my pc unfortunately, it has audio delay but I think that's the pc not the speaker. It's very portable and the strap is nice to have, I just wish it had some padding.

My thoughts after 17 months
I have been using this speaker every day since May of 2024. (I preordered it) It is yet to disappoint me. Out of the box, it sounds okay, but if you just take a little time to set a custom eq, which can be very easily done with the full-band eq adjustment in the sound core app, and tune it to your preferences, it sounds better than the JBL Boombox 4 in my opinion. I have used it daily around the house when I want some good sounding music with good bass, on the lake and at pools (on the poolside, boat, or floating in the water), on bike rides, skiing in -15° weather, and it’s still going strong. It has shown no damage or issues with durability and the only signs of use are some scuffs. It has plenty of bass and clarity with the EQ I have set and has very low latency in the audio (I’ve used it for movies, gaming, etc.). It also has strong connectivity pretty far away (not sure exact numbers). Movies, bass heavy music, and sad music are the main things I use this speaker for and it has fully replaced the jbl boombox in my daily routine. The speaker packs a punch for its size, but don’t expect it to be concert level volume outdoors. It is loud enough to hear it down the street and pushes plenty of power for a decent while.

very cool - I can't imagine needing more power
This thing is pretty loud and bassy - I can't imagine needing more but, if you did - you can get up to literally 100 of these things and link them together - adding so much scalability! The price is also right - it's literally half the competition (JBL) price-wise.

My review vs tribit stormbox blast
So quickly going over the differences The weight. The soundcore isn't light, but the tribit is noticeably heavier Appearance. I personally like the soundcore. For both I don't like the lights. I'm sure they drain battery and I just don't care for them. Sound. To me, out of the box, the soundcore just sounds downright bad. I immediately wanted to return it upon hearing it. That's actually why I bought the tribit, yeah it sounds that bad. The tribit took a few days to arrive and during that time I played with the soundcore. I found some random guys eq and it made things definitely better. The soundcore is a lot newer and I didn't find many eq online.... Or maybe I just don't know where to find them. I'm posting mine that I'm slowly tweaking, but sounds a million times better than what it comes with. I have no idea why soundcore launched what that preset. As for the tribit it sounds much better right out of the box with stock preset. So if you hear comparison videos online like I did, the tribit is just going to sound better, hands down, but doesn't have a ton of room to get better (from my experience) From here I'm comparing using my posted eq for soundcore b2+ and Alan Ross eq for tribit. Keep in mind I'm no audiophile nor do I know the terminology that well. The sound is pretty similar. What jumps or to me is that in things like rock music, the soundcore has like this noise. I'm not sure if muddy is the word, but it sounds like some sounds can just run together, doesn't sound super clean. It doesn't sound awful, just switching back and forth with the tribit, it's noticable. The tribit on the other hand just doesn't have that... It's like it's just not there, it's cleaner. But when listening to volume around 60%+ I can hear the tribit distorting, which doesn't happen on the soundcore. On louder volumes, that muddy or whatever sound on the soundcore kinda makes it feel full, kinda like a concert or something. When the tribit is turned all the way up, I mean it doesn't sound bad, but it sounds a little more empty. It's hard to explain, but that's all I can do. I don't know if it is, but it makes the soundcore sound a lot louder. It's more fun to sing along to at high volumes(drowns out my own voice more lol) My suggestion is if this is for outdoor use/you wanna jam out at high volume and sing along to, get the soundcore. If you want cleaner music for lower volumes especially inside, get the tribit. The both pump it crazy amounts of bass. Since I'm using mine virtually 100% outdoor, the soundcore is what I'm keeping

I’ve been using the Soundcore Anker Boom 2 Plus for a while now and I’m very happy with it. The sound is loud and clear with deep bass that really stands out, even outdoors. The battery easily lasts through long listening sessions, and the waterproof design gives me peace of mind when using it outside. Overall, it feels well built and delivers great performance for the price.

Impressionante!
