- Sliced Biltong is simply made by thinly slicing whole sticks of biltong.
- The sticks are made using carefully selected joints of silverside beef of the highest quality.
- After each piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices.
- Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being ready to be sliced.
- The sliced biltong is then flavoured with our very own unique and popular Smoked Chipotle spice.
