This powder is absolutely beautiful, in bright sunshine and indoor LED lights it’s even nicer. My nail artist applied a dark blue gel colour and then cured the no-wipe top coat for just 30 seconds. Then rubbed on the powder with her own foam make up brush. She then added a second top coat layer and cured for the full normal time. I absolutely love it! On the look out now for other colours 😍
