What I liked : guided gratitude for most pages , has a lot of pages .What I didn’t like : some pages simply stated “ what are you thankful for?” I am about halfway through the book and I have already had at least three pages asking what I like about a color which is kinda weird . I write small and there are a lot of activities that give you two or three pages too write which is far too much for me . I do enjoy doing a daily thankful prompt there could just be some room for improvement .

Beautiful pictures and thoughtful prompts to get your mind in the right frame. Some prompts repeat, like “what are 5 things you are thankful for today?” and others are creative, like “Think about things that are red, how does this color bring you joy”...so each entry is different. It’s easy to jump around in or to do in order, and it’s not dated so it doesn’t feel like pressure to do. Buying another as a gift for a friend.

What a lovely little getaway this journal takes you! The illustrations are colorful, organic, and yet simple. This journal is for ALL STAGES OF LIFE ( for those contemplating on gifting it to a niece or grandmother.) I cannot express how this little journal has provided me with some personal insight within my self. It’s a lovely way to start my week.

Lori did an amazing job illustrating this journal putting thought into each thing painted and how to open your mind, as well as your heart to a life of gratitude. Beautifully done.

Honestly, I bought this item because I was $10 away from free same-day shipping BUT it ended up being the best purchase I’ve made in a while. It really brings out your inner optimist and helps you look at the world in a brighter light. I think everyone should have one of these, it will make you a happier person :)

Bought this for my future MIL as a Mother's Day gift and she loved it! By her own admission she is not someone who likes to talk about herself but she was reading through the prompts and was genuinely excited about answering them. Would highly recommend it, she genuinely loved it. No expectations (don't have to write every day).

its a nice book. I bought it brand new but the small letters are fading to the point of being unreadable. NOT recommended therefore to buy this, I had to return the item.
