I have an arm lipo a few months ago and need to get compression to wear but everything from other place are too big and if you know about lipo you know it need to wear smaller and smaller as the time goes by so the arm get tighter. This is perfect for my small arm. I have tried a few brand and it was too big for my small asian body.

I had to return. Size is smaller than normal. I have very narrow shoulders and thus would not fit at all.

As a mature woman who is now a bit less comfortable showing off her arms, I thought these JOYSHAPER Upper Arm Shapers for Women would be helpful for me to wear my sleeveless or cap-sleeved blouses with confidence. Alas, the concept was good in theory, but doesn't quite measure up to my expectations. First off, it appears to have been designed for MUCH smaller women, who would very likely not need her arms slimmed down. In addition, I certainly wouldn't consider this size to be "free," which is what I assumed the size "F" indicated. It is teensy, super hard to get on by myself, and nearly impossible to get off. Once on, the back rides up to my neck, appearing nothing like it does in the pics. Another issue I find vexing is that the upper arm portion is ribbed, making this arm shaper unsuitable for wearing exposed with sleeveless or short sleeved garments - which was my entire reason for ordering it. I erroneously thought the arms would be smooth, like a lot of compression tights, stockings & bodyshapers. The material is thick, so wearing these JOYSHAPER Upper Arm Shapers for Women beneath my clothing would be far too bulky, and therefore defeat the whole "arm slimming" point. Disappointed.

I really love this upper arm shaper! The material is soft, stretchy, and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It gives a nice, firm compression that helps shape the arms beautifully without feeling too tight. I also noticed it improves posture a little, which is a big plus.

Can’t be seen under blouses and makes me feel nice & tight. I’m self conscious about my upper arms and this gives me an extra pep in my step when I wear it. Would order again.

This didn't even come past my forearm. While it is meant to be a compression sleeve garment and fit tightly, there needs to be more to accurate information in order get your proper size than "Size F 88-154 lbs." since not everyone will have the same arm measurements and you need to be able to measure arm bicep, forearm, and wrist for this type of garment. I rated this 2 stars because despite being too small, it was well made and the material was thick and sturdy as you would want in a compression sleeve. Other than that, I don't recommend unless there is better sizing information offered.
