Took a chance on these considering the price difference of all similar traps available. And you know what? These things work great! Those little critters just love sticking to them. The blue light attracts them like stink on s*** without the smell. The replaceable magnetic glue cards make it so easy to replace and to check the progress of how they are working or if need to be replaced. And yes, it does attract flies too. All in all, considering you get 2 for way less than you would pay for one of the other top-rated similar traps, it's a no brainer. These things work great. Highly recommend.

These work exceptionally well! They have a button on the front to select the type of lighting, either warm yellow or blue to attract insects. I leave mine on blue to attract the flying gnats and mosquitos, but I have also captured flies. I purchased 4 as I had a gnat infestation from a houseplant purchase. I did also transplant the plant with fresh soil, and fortunately, they are at bay. They plug in like a nightlight and the sticky pads that capture the insects face toward the wall. They have magnets built in to secure them on the nightlight. I check them, and when I feel they have enough on them to warrant a change, all that is necessary is to replace it with a fresh one. I recommend these for kitchens, or anywhere you are bothered by pesky flying critters in your home. They do the job well, are small and unobtrusive, and non-toxic.

Well made and very easy to set up--20 seconds. Works well to catch small bug flies and gnats. Can't go wrong at this price.

I went with this product as opposed to the other most popular brand that starts with a Z but is four times the price and was very pleased. The traps do not stick on, there actually magnetic so you’re not touching anything sticky or any of the trapped bugs. I feel like it’s just as effective as the more popular brands and it comes with extra traps. It has a sleek design and is not bulky. I would say that this is a great purchase for the price!

Bought this after seeing a commercial for the name brand item. To be honest, I think this works just as good as the name brand. We tend to get fruit flies during the summer, and this I product did an excellent job of taking care of that problem. The item is about the same size as a large nightlight. We’ve actually used this as a nightlight in our kitchen and living room (since those are the areas we deal with insects the most due to the sliding glass door at our place that we’re renting). The instructions do say that it does taken a little bit for them to work, but once it does it did a fantastic job of matching fruit flies and mosquitos. It’s lightweight, and changing the cards is so easy to do that we just keep it plugged in.

This fruit fly trap worked wonders for us this summer. I was have to change the glue card constantly because it was catching so many flies. There is no smell from the flies when they die after being stuck. I plugged it in before bed and had to change it when I got up it had already caught so many flies. So it works really fast and is safe to have around kids. So if you are tired of the fruit flies these fly traps are the way to go. The only down side is how easy the glue card can be knocked off. It is magnetic, so it is not really that hard to knock them off. Other than that I will be purchasing more glue cards for next year.

Nifty little gadget! Super easy to use, comes with extra sticky pads!! Absolutely wonderful for those concerned with pesticides or smelly sprays. Emits small blue light. Basically plug it in and go! Fits all basic outlets and sleek. I had an issue with fruit flies and it solved the problem within a week and I discovered that my problem was from potatoes, who knew??
