I've used many curling products and this is something to avoid. Despite some of feedback I don't know how it's worked for anyone. I followed instructions very carefully as you should with perming kits and I think it's straightend my hair slightly. I have thick black hair, maybe for very thin hair it might work but, my advise would be avoid and go for something better. I'm trying to get a refund. Awful waste of time.

My son has the most stubborn hair known to man and this perm kit worked beautifully on his hair! Follow the instructions to T and don’t wash your hair for 3 days after. Here’s a few tips that I did and it worked very well: *Use the thick perm papers that Amazon sell but I cut 4 strips out of one paper *Divide all your hair into multiple sections (I did 10 sections) and then out of each single section, take an either thinner section of hair, damp the end of the hair and fold the perm paper in half over that thinner section, then pull it towards the end of the section BUT don’t take it completely off. Then roll your rod from the very top as if your rolling a ciggy up! *After you’ve secured the rod, get some metal curl clips, and secure the rods so they don’t fall out *Get some Eco Styler Curl And Wave Styling Gel (The pink one!!) and some L’Oreal Curl Enhancing Elvive Dream Waves Waterfall Mousse and after you’ve washed all the perm stuff out your hair and it’s still wet to damp, scrunch it all through the curls. *Gets a diffuser attachment for your hair dryer and use it, as it will help dry the styling product in and Bobs your uncle, a decent perm!
