Great alternitive to bread

I use these for burgers, dramatically reduces the calories of a cheeseburger just by using this instead of a bun. Not good with cold fillings , bit too stiff and dry for that. Much better with warm filling. Shelf life is poor, very often I've spotted mold even before the sell by date. So best advise , freeze your spare. They freeze well for a few months.

I love these to eat myself or to make little finger or shape sandwiches for my child. Much nicer than a thick slice of bread.
