Good and Thick
These things are heavy duty. My shoulder hasn't hurt since using these. They velcro on and are easy to use. They match my bag perfectly. Very good buy. And you get two of them witch is a plus.

Great Shoulder Pads
My plate carrier has been wearing down on my shoulders and traps. I bought these to help with that problem and I was not disappointed. I have used these through various training exercises and they still feel great just as they did when I first bought them. The color matched my gear. They are very versatile for different types of plate carriers, the gen II and III USMC. They function well and the Velcro is strong. The molle on top is also nice if you’d like to add anything up there such as a TQ. The size fits and feels great.

Great shoulder pads. Could use add on's.
Purchased these to replace the original shoulder pads that came with my plate carrier. They are a lot more comfortable than the originals. The padding is durable, and the padding will not slip on your shoulders. However, if you have Velcro on the plate carrier shoulder straps, like mine does, they will slide on the main straps as these do not have Velcro to hold them in place. They also do not come with a tube tamer strap for a hydration pack. I made my own (yellow circle). If they would have come with the Velcro tube tamer, and Velcro for the strap I would be giving 5 stars. I would buy again if needed as it is hard to find decent shoulder pads with good durability. I looked at all the other shoulder pads and I could only find 2 with a tube tamer, but none looked as comfortable or durable. Pros: Very Comfortable Durable materials, and stitching Good size Color matching with MultiCam Cons: No built in loops for hydration pack tube tamer (pushes pad off to side if you run a tube through the holder) No Velcro to keep pads from sliding down strap

To Help or not to help?
They help with off setting any discomfort/ pain with wearing a weighted vest while embarking on any activity or workout. But eventually, as usual without pads, the on set of discomfort or pain starts to creep in as if you didn't have the pads on to begin with, and obviously that happens faster with more weight you use
