Exactly What I Needed
My doctor wants me to take Magnesium Glycinate. Of the products I tried, I like this one the best. It is easy to take, pleasant tasting, reasonably priced, limited ingredients and travels well. The dropper sometimes has issues, but for the price, I can overlook that. A 3 pack is not always available but I can get it in a double or single pack if I need to.

I make sure to take every night before bed, me with sleep and I wake up not feeling low energetic/sluggish. The strawberry flavor tastes good as well. I’ve gotten three other people to take it as well, so far they are happy with results.

I used to like this last order the taste has changed. It actually tasted really bad and the color changed. When I tried to return it my request was denied
