Worked well right out of the box. Great set for beginners. I had no prior experience or anything to compare it with, but I’ve made one rug so far and the gun and trimmers worked perfectly fine.

I just bought this tufting gun about a month ago, so I will come back and update this if I have any issues down the road. So far, I've really liked it! It works exactly as expected and I've made a few rugs without any issues. One thing I will say is that the big plastic rotor inside of it is exposed, when for the most part more expensive guns cover it. I made the mistake of trying to reach around my gun while I was tufting and now have a burn scar on my hand from where the rotor ripped off a good couple inches of skin. Definitely my fault, so I thought I would warn anyone else thinking of buying this gun just in case.

I got this tufting gun in the summertime. It was my first time tufting and it was incredibly easy to jump right in and start making stuff. I came back home for Christmas break and started making some presents, but the pin head broke. This happened about two weeks before Christmas, luckily support reached out and ended up sending me a replacement gun so that I could finish that project. Great service, Great product, and Great Tufting!

I'm from the Philippines and decided to order my Tufting gun from this shop in amazon and I am never dissappointed! The gun has a white cover at the top unlike the other that the wire/motor or something is unprotected. It was also boxed with like a hard egg carton inside that makes it more safe in shipment specially I am from a diff. country. Unlike the other that is boxed only with a styrofoam. I've been using the gun for about a week now and I still never experience any issues with my gun. It comes with a tool kit and a beginners guide that helps a lot. Overall, this product is great and worth a shot!

My gun stopped working after a making a couple of projects, now it makes a high pitch whining noise & wont tuft at all.

As a beginner to make tufting rug, I was eager to explore this tufting tool that promised to make the tufting process faster and more efficient. I had prepared a simple design on my tufting cloth this time, a shape of bag. With the tufting cloth stretched taut on my frame, I loaded the tufting gun with a vibrant green yarn, ready to bring this simple design to life. My experience with the tufting gun had been nothing short of delightful. With this tool in my hands, I felt inspired to continue exploring the art of tufting, pushing the boundary of my imagination and creating unique pieces that reflected my artistic vision.

EDIT: Support delivered a new tufting gun to my house in a timely manner. All is good and well. Still no message but all is resolved :EDIT OVER Everything was fine in the package and no damage to box but the tufting gun inside had a bent arm. Reached out to support and supplied all of the information they needed and they said they would send a new one but after I sent the last of the information, company went silent. I will update this review if I ever receive a replacement/hear from the company again
