I couldn't use the product because no matter how tight I made the connection from the hose to the container, I was sprayed everywhere. The metal tip doesn't fit. (Who cares, can't use it anyway.

Absolutely useless! Ad stated it included crystals. Just the container/sprayer without the crystals does me no good whatsoever! What a rip off!

This did not fit our hoses so didn't work for us. It took FOREVER to come from China too! I would pass on this product.

I ordered the canister and also the Crystal refills. I received two canisters. They told me I could send the one back. I haven't. I don't think it's worth the trouble and I'm not sure the product coverage would be that good. And this from fuller brush who's been around for years. Sorry, JK
