I know its alot of money but its well made, super stylish, works very well. Takes 6 minutes to make ice first time. Use chilled water though from fridge otherwise they can be smaller size. What i do is dump the first few batches back into the water, or dump some ice from a tray in there. Then off you go. It can max the basket out in a hour, great for home made slushies. Get ice, chuck in blender, add syrup, off - kids happy. Use filtered water - dont use tap. Portable too so can have running in garden when sun comes out for ice for drinks by swimming pool. Amazing machine - built to last.

Looks great, easy to use, very fast start up, large ice cubes uniform and excellent quality. Cubes have good density so are longer lasting in drinks. Returned to Cooks after trying out other machines and this is definitely the best in the market - at the top of the price range but it’s well worth paying a little bit more for the quality and reliability. Also can rely on excellent service from the Cooks Pro service team.

While this ice maker does make ice quickly, it also melts just as quickly, rendering it sort of pointless. If you don't use the ice in about 30 mins, it's half-melted. The machine doesn't stay cold enough inside to keep ice for any reasonable period of time (an hour or two?). We tried to deal with the seller directly, but they told us this is expected behaviour for their machine. So, if you want ice on demand, this is the machine for you. If you want ice for more than one person on demand, not so much. If you want ice for a party or even dinner guests, definitely look elsewhere.

Looks good, takes a little longer than 6 minutes for ice to form but once started I’m getting consistent ice takes more like 10/13 minutes but I’m happy with that for my purpose, easy to empty excess water. I put it on to fill a few larger food bags and put in the freezer. Convenient not running out of ice!!!

Works great, always have ice on hand, runs in the background with very little noise, just ice dropping into the tray. We never run out of ice, we bag the ice up and place it in the freezer. Takes no time at all to set up and run if we need more ice. Never have warm drinks again!

So far so good so good to have ice on tap instead of waiting hours for it too freeze in a tray! So simple to use fill it with water & choose your ice size wait 6 mins & it’s done ✔️
