Why I'm happy I bought these!
Excellent. Had now for 7 months. Bought after one old hearing aid ($4,000 pair) had quit. First ordered a $100 pair, then $500 pair (different brands) , with poor results. Then this pair. Fit is perfect, sound is surprisingly good, and nicely adjustable for the situation. No problem understanding conversations and tv. Hearing Loss had resulted with trouble hearing t's, d's, s's, (consonants). Now heard clearly! Also, got both hearing aids updated free after 6 months when they improved the software, so service is also great. Am happy to recommend these!

Good performance but questionable reliability.
Overall, these were very effective hearing aids, however, their app is pretty rudimentary with very little customization available. Not a real deal-breaker. Just kind of miss it. Battery life has been stellar easily 12 to 14 hours and that's both streaming and just normal usage. I've been pretty happy with them. Until recently they stopped working for Bluetooth phone calls. I answered the phone and I can't hear anything at all. I take it off of Bluetooth and put it on some speakers and there it is. So obviously something's going on with the Bluetooth functionality for phone calls. That's really the only reason I'm only rating it two stars. I hadn't had them but 3 months before they failed which at that price is pretty unacceptable.Update: Discovered the Bluetooth phone fault. It was my phone that was the issue. Back to 4 stars. Very good and effective hearing aids.

Great service and item
The hearing aids I first received had a minor issue instead of going back through Amazon with the issue I elected to contact the manufacturer directly and received above excellent service and help which actually required replacement of the hearing aids they sent me new set ASAP that they then took time to walk me through every function of the aids in great detail to assure I was and still am 100% satisfied with. Then they have continued to follow up checking to see all is still great and it is. These hearing aids are great quality and have same functions as the 6000.00 $ aids but at 1 10th the cost 600.00 dollars. I would recommend these to every one wanting or needing hearing aids.

No Good
These were terrible. They didnt turn on automatically when you took them out of the case. There was lots of static, and other feedback. The app was rediculously bad and simple. There is no way these should be selling for $700.

Sound quality is too crispy for me, and it sounds as if im in a tunnel
Sounds like im underwater. No way to adjust the base and treble. When using bluetooth on a call, im told that they can barely hear me and it sounds like im underwater. They hear what im hearing while using these. The wire is short which makes the hearing aid sit close to the front top of my earlobe. The good thing about these is that they are lightweight. Will most likely return these.

Great Value-good function
These are my 3rd pr of OTC hearing aids--- Given they were the 3rd try, I went a month w/o anything, until my wife lost patience w/me--TV could be heard by the neighbors. Did a fair amt of research, read lots of reviews, and stumbled onto these--the SONIFY Mach II. Cheaper than the Lexie B2, but nowhere near as much mktg, but the dang things have been very good for the 1st 3 weeks. Comfortable fit, good sound with background no better or worse than the Lexie model---sound quality maybe a bit better actually. These are absolutely the best of the 3 OTC models I've tried. First pair was really cheap and I would have been better off getting my wife a 'cheerleader megaphone' and then just sitting closer to the TV. Strongly urge anyone to NOT even waste time on the 'crap' sold for under $300/pr. Second pr was the Bose Lexie B2 model. Those were ok, but the left one kept getting plugged w wax---even after cleaning it seemed the left one just idn't work well. Hearing improvement was just ok, not great (with Lexie B2). Ended up wearing just the right one, then lost it, likely when I took off sunglasses at a parade--DAMNIT. SO, in conclusion, I give 2 thumbs up to the Sonify Mach II

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent instructions. I heard sounds I hadn't heard in years. My particular stumbling block was pairing the hearing aids with my iPhone. I called the company's helpline. The representative was knowledgeable and patient. .The helpline technician made pairing easy.

Good but not magical
I've used some other OTC hearing aids that retail in the $700-$1000 range, and these are close to comparable. But they have some flaws. The tiny little speaker in there just isn't big enough to produce the low-range frequencies that you might hope for to get good results with Bluetooth or even picking up and playing back male voices. Now hearing loss usually starts at the high end, so for vocal clarity these are helpful because they can boost the high end. But without a bit of a boost to the low end, if you're also missing that like because of nerve damage rather than outer ear problems, everything is going to sound tinny and hollow. Now, other hearing aids suffer from this, so it's not a huge ding against these. But honestly these purport to work with the phone, and while they do that, I find they actually get in the way because I would be better off using regular earbuds with the volume up for things like phone calls or listening to music, and I can usually apply an EQ that I can customize to make up for hearing loss. So these don't really replace Bluetooth earbuds if you use those for phone calls or music. They work fine for a podcast or audiobook, though.Durability and battery life is good but not exceptional. The design is pretty good and they're comfortable to wear as much as needed.
