For mild age-related balance issues and cognitive impairment
While doing some research, I read about Huperzine A. My mom had been experiencing some mild cognitive impairment, so I ordered some to give it a try. I'm really glad I did! Mom has been taking it for several months, and it works really well. On occasion I found that mom benefitted a 2nd dose. Because of that, I order the 200mcg tablets for her. Source Naturals brand Huperzine is $12 for bottles of 120 count 100mcg tablets and it's $20 for bottles of 120 count bottles of 200mcg tablets. One bottle lasts for 4 months. It's such a small price to pay for something that has such positive and noticeable effects on cognitive health and mom's sense of balance. The tablets are very small, round tablets, that are beige in color, and are very easy for mom to swallow. I definitely recommend Huperzine A to anyone experiencing minor age related cognitive impairment, forgetfulness, or balance issues. Highly Recommended!

Great way to shatpen mental clarity
If I forget why I went into a room,the reason returns in 1 second, not 10 or 15 now. My mind is sharper and clearer, and my friends have noticed. A+++++

Good memory supplement with other benefits
Good Memory Supplement. Huperzine A improves memory and cognitive function by increasing levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for learning and memory. Pill size is good. We take 2 times a week as more than that could have side effects. This is a great supplement. We have noticed a difference. Take for 6 months then a small break and we will go back to using it again after the break. Helps with aging.

Worth a try!
I can't say my memory has improved because of huperzine, but it has improved since taking it. I will we reordering.

Slightly Calming but Didn’t Help Focus
I’ve been using this for a while. It didn’t really improve my focus as I had hoped, but it does help me feel a little calmer and less stressed. Might work differently for others, but for me, the effect was mild.

I bought this because I read Huperzine A in combination with choline supplement helps with achieving the state of mind required for astral projection. It works well. I have yet to astral project, but I'm getting close. I bet I have to take it regularly for longer.
