These are great for taking the edge of life off abit, for the price they are a perfect way to keep calm throughout the day

Didn’t help with anxiety
These didn’t help my anxiety at all. Flavour was ok but feel like this was more a placebo than anything else. When you’re desperate to self help you’ll try anything. So for me it didn’t do what it says on the tin
