No issues. Worked fine. Takes a minute to heat up. Easy to use. Comes with 20 sheets of 8 1/2 × 11 sleeves. I bought extra of different sizes for business card size. Good price. Laminating went quickly thru machine. What am I going to laminate next?

I purchased this product for work, and it is a great value for the money. The appearance is sleek. There was an issue that occurred once, and I had to remove the item from the laminator because it jammed, but other than that, there wasn't a problem with the item itself. The product is easy to use: turn the power button on, wait until it's ready, and then allow the paper that is being laminated to slide through the thermal laminator. The laminating capacity did not appear problematic. The lamination results came out smoothly.

We’ve had this machine for about 14 months and we use it on about 2 times a week and do one or two 3 mil letter size pages each time we use it with the occasional 5 mil luggage tag or business card maybe once every 3 months. But there are also times where we don’t use it all for several weeks at a time. So I’m saying max maybe this machine has laminated a total of 100 pages maybe? So in no way has it been used heavily or excessively. That being said, I went to use it this evening to laminate a counter sign and the thing started smoking heavily and the release button wouldn’t work for me to get the sheet out. I quickly unplugged it and put it outside because I was afraid I was going to set my store on fire. Once it stopped smoking I was finally able to make the release button work and this is what came out! A charred piece of paper and a melted mess. If I hadn’t unplugged it I’m quite sure it would have caught fire! Scary!!!! I don’t recommend!!!

Great for laminating things the kid brings home. Also good for waterproofing things for outdoor use.

Super fácil de usar, calienta rápido, funciona muy bien la parte donde entra la mica es muy amplia por lo que creo que pudieran entrar micas más grandes como para tabloide pero aún tengo mis dudas, en la descripción no dice hasta que tamaño pero investigaré

It serves its purpose. No bubbles so far in the entire lamination job.

Quiet, heats up quickly, could perhaps be a little faster, but it does what it's supposed to and does it well.
