Nice Lights for the price. Give off a soft warm light. Quite bright with useful remote control of different modes and timer. The globes look white opaque with lights off and the cable is clear so they do stand out a bit in the daylight if draped over plants but after Christmas they'll be going in the conservatory or round the shed so that won't matter.The globes seem quite robust and usefully the power supply can be detached from the light cable if needed.The infrared remote control sensor eye is on the wall plug and needs to be line of sight to work, so it won't work if the wall plug is inside a shed for example. The wall plug is not waterproof.Probably should have bought 100.

Bought these on a whim to string across my patio. I mis-read the description as I expected that there would be nine metres of lights and two metres of lead in cable. Nevertheless, the lights work well and give out more light than I expected. Haven't had them on in the rain but it's raining now so I'll try them tomorrow to make sure they've been waterproof. I would have liked a smaller plug so that it would go in a covered outdoor socket but I managed to thread the cable through into my shed to use one of the sockets in there. Overall it's an initial thumbs up, just as long as they stay the course.Update - 14 September; These lights have been out in the rain a few times now and they still work fine. Bit of a faff going through the seven functions with the remote to get them to be static but as long as they're connnected to the mains they remember that setting when switched off just using the remote. The timer function is also a good feature - set it, the lights stay on for six hours then switch off for eighteen hours. So they can be on for the same six hour period every day. Well recommended.

These are very small LED Balls - Smaller than a ping pong ball - I don.t use the remote, but i had a play and you need to be close to change using the remote. The LEDs are not bright and the picture is a bit miss leading. However they were cheep and weather resistant and that is all we were after - They do the job - light a path.

Took slightly longer to deliver due to Covid-19 but that's understandable.Do not be out off by first impressions when you open the box. The lights are much smaller than I imagined, but once you put them up and switch them on, they are brilliant!! I've wrapped them around my decking, once switched on at night, they are so bright and give off a lovely light!!Another bonus is that you can remove the plug head in seconds in order to plug it in inside.Ive since ordered a second set of these for the rest of the garden.Don't waste your time with solar lights, but these, they are well worth the investment.

You need to read all of the spec first. 2cm bulbs are much smaller than they look in pictures. There's only 7 mtr of bulbs and only 2 metres of cable to the plug so if you are placing above a table the lead does not even reach the ground. Extension lead in a tree was my net result. Take into acco7nt that it says they are waterproof but the plug is not! Means all pretty temporary having to remove plugs at end of every use. Remote only works to about 2 metres and will not work through glass. Bulbs work ok light is nice and soft. Pretty disappointing on the whole. I will look for a More suitable outdoor product.

On the positive side when I plugged in the lights all the bulbs lit up.On the negative side, I didn't receive the 4 spare bulbs promised and from reviews I've read, I'll need them..On the neutral side, I was disappointed that the bulbs were so small, the photos made them look much bigger but I suppose I should gave checked the spec more carefully. I'll probably send them back...

I’ve had these for nearly 3 years. They’re perfect and have a nice warm glow to them.They’re perfect in the gazebo or even just along the fence in my seating area.I’m currently sitting under my gazebo, the lights on, some candles lit and listening to some light summer rain beating off the roof. It is heavenly.

These lights are sturdy and suitable for outdoor even in wind and rain. They're plastic rather than glass but you wouldn't know to look at them.and they're less likely to break.They were easy to untangle and the lights are nicely spaced. The remote doesn't seem the best and doesn't like objects slightly in the way but I'm not that bothered as I'll end up losing it anyway! If they last until next Christmas I'll buy some more.
