Terrible Amazon Customer Service. Two rods missing. Cute item.
Two rods missing in one of my trellises. I ordered two trellises. They came in two separate boxes. I opened one and assembled and used it immediately. Very cute product. I opened the next one after the return window. Unfortunately it was missing one long rod and one short rod, making the trellis unusable. Amazon says I'm outside the return / replacement window, so I am not eligible. They are also refusing to share seller contact with me so I can ask them to send me two rods. Right now the trellis is bought is unusable. At the same time the product is still being sold on the site. This is ridiculous customer service from Amazon, especially considering they have the information that I need but are just being petty and withholding it from me.

Good, But can be improved
Product is good. But our pot is smaller so i can't pierce all ends in soil. So a circular structure at the bottom to keep the stand stable would be better.

No instructions
Good product but no instructions of how to assemble

Easy to build.
The product has plastic round strips that attach protrusions in sockets provided at the ends. Whereas, the poles are of metal. It is easy to assemble without any manual. It comes in the promised size. The flexibility of usage makes them an investment that gives value for money.

Very effective for your climbers plants
Good product. I have so far purchased total four sets. Quite useful for your climbers plants. I faced only one problem in the supply. In one of the boxes I did not receive four numbers of bottom most parts which goes into the soil. I have attached the photo of the part which is missing in the package.
