This Samsung The Serif television is the best television I’ve ever owned hands down. The picture quality is excellent, the design is superior and an actual addition to our room’s decor and it comes with free Samsung channels to watch and enjoy. All for $1,000. It’s just perfect!

Very disappointed — defective right out of the box I was really excited to get this Samsung The Serif TV, but it arrived with a vertical black line right in the middle of the screen the moment I turned it on. I double-checked all connections and tried restarting, but the line never went away. This is very disappointing for such an expensive product. Clearly a quality control or panel issue. I had to request a replacement immediately after unboxing. The design looks nice, but the screen defect ruined the whole experience. I hope Samsung can improve their packaging and quality check for such premium models.

LOVE THIS TV! Connects easily to my Samsung account. Looks great with the stand. Mine is white w/ the black legs—extremely clear picture.

43in, one person set up is okay! took a while to deliver, i had to have amazon send me a replacement bc the first shipment never came! otherwise anti glare, sound is good

*The style* This TV itself is a piece of art, and blends in beautifully with the living space. This can be placed on a TV stand as a table-top TV, but the design language best applies as a standalone TV with the provided easel style legs. Keep in mind that this TV cannot be mounted on a VESA wall mount. *The display* The QLED display looks vibrant and colorful, perhaps not to the level of OLED display, but still impressive and high quality. The colors don’t feel washed off, and blacks are inky black. For the installation, I found it easier to turn the TV upside down with the foam on to install the legs first, and then turning it right side up. The software setup was easy and worked right out of the box. Everything worked with QR code sign ins without the hassle of typing in passwords with a remote. Overall, very satisfied with the TV.

I did not get to use this beautiful TV. I took it out of the box to set it up and found out that the back was fully enclosed. There were no screws. I watched a video online, It only seems to take minutes to open. I called Samsung to get further instruction / tool on how to take the back off. They said I could not or it would void the warranty. I could only hire a professional. After a few calls, I was given a price of 100 dollars for 5 minutes of work. This 43 inch TV cost a lot of money and I should not have to hire someone on top of the money I spent.. This should be a plug and play TV. I do not know whose bright idea this was, but why couldn't they put a door over the side where everything plugs in. Terrible customer service from Samsung. I am so disappointed.

Love the TV so far, easy set up using Smartthings app. Sounds quality is great for a TV. Design is nice and fit in with my home aesthetic. I use Apple phone, so the NFC tag doesn’t work to play music.

I use my PC as part of my entertainment center and game mode is the bane of my existence. There is no way to disable it. It says can be turned off but it will turn itself back on whenever it I switch to PC. There is an “auto” setting but I have no idea why because even though I switch it back to “OFF” two or three times a week It always manages to come back ON… So it seems I have no choice but to turn this off whenever my oh so smart TV thinks I want to look at a black screen instead of whatever display I was using. I’ve tried factory reset, every time this happens I look online for answers, desperate for any insight on how to fix this, nothing. If I didn’t have this issue I’d have no problem giving this 5 stars, it’s a very pretty TV, yes. But given that it does this annoying thing constantly it’s more of a 3. When I factor in the high cost it becomes a 2. Not at all worth the headache. It’s to the point I want to break my remote in half and I have to remind myself how much it costs. I convinced myself I wanted this expensive aesthetic tv and it was a mistake. If you want to do anything involving your pc with this thing just don’t.
