Off to the Races (Volume 1)

Haven't finish yet but so far i like It, especially the FMC.

I just love all books from Elsie Silver. Her humor is on point and I loved the story

This was such a good read! I want to read more from this author.It's the story of Billie, a horse trainer with a dream, and Vaughn, her rich new boss, a lost and broken men. If you like the grumpy sunshine trope, and love some heat and touching moments in your romance, this book is for you. The relationship dynamic was unique, their teasing made me smile. The main female character was funny and sarcastic, but well written so that it didn't feel cheesy or made her unrelatable as a character. This book got me emotionnally invested. Every aspects of the book was well balanced within the story, so that I didn't feel like something was missing and didn't lose me in too much details in certain aspects. And, on top of everything, I have a sweet spot for animals, so this story touched me on a complete other level. I highly recommend this book and this author and am planning to buy the next in this series for sure!
