It’s a bunch of yummy caffeine without the sugar. Flavor is good. I’m a heavy caffeine user, it’s in there. I’m also on GLP-1 injections, so sugar is out… so are most sugar substitutes. I love this Celsius sparkling, wild, berry energy drink. It is really easy to drink and gives me a lot of energy and focus since I don’t drink other caffeine like coffee or tea in the morning. I really like these to start my day or before a workout for a little bit of an energy boost. I have mine on auto ship and have the powder packets for when I travel, which are also great. All of the Celsius flavors that I’ve tried I’ve really liked, but this berry is by far my favorite tasting. I’ve never noticed any jitteriness and really love that it gives me enough energy without making me feel bad.

The focus is amazing. Drink quality is good. The effectiveness is good i didn't get the jitters nor stomach discomfort. Its value for money.
